People fall through all the time and that's where I come in.
Because I am such a reliable back up, I got to go to the Jazz/Kings game.
Free ticket.
Row 16.
I could practically touch the players. It's weird only seeing them on TV and then watching them in person. I loved it. It was a fun game. Nearly everyone was there to see Jimmer. It was kind of ridiculous. The cheers were louder for Jimmer when he touched the ball than they were for the Jazz, and even louder when he actually made a basket. Even though I wasn't cheering for him, or even there to watch him, it was fun having that much excitement in the arena. Side note: He looks funky when he plays. I never knew. Also, I was on the big screen... twice.
While we were sitting there watching the teams warm up and get stretched out, I had an overwhelming feeling of "that is what I want to do!" I want to stretch the players' legs. So bad. Yet another reason to move up to Salt Lake. The plan for the next couple of months is to a) find a place to live and b) find a way to first shadow the professional stretchers of the Utah Jazz and second actually get a job stretching out Gordon Hayward's leg. Done.
Here is a sneak peek of my future.
Isn't it great?

*I really do love the Jazz, we have a good group of guys. I never thought that I would be a fan of the NBA, and then I watched a Jazz game and I was hooked. Maybe it's because I miss/ed being part of a team or I just missed watching basketball. It kind of makes me wonder, had I watched a different team, would I have become a fan of them instead? I guess it doesn't matter now. I'm solid where I stand. We Are Utah.
My gosh. Creepy. That is all.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a long time to make this ok? It cracks me up. I laugh out loud everytime I look at it. I've posted it everywhere just because I think it's so funny.
