Yeah, I about peed my pants when I saw this picture too.
This is my new/first/only niece.
Her name is Tessa Mae.
She was born on April 24th, 2011 (Easter Sunday) at 7:29 AM [who is the lucky nurse that gets to stare at the clock and decide what time the little parasite is actually born?]
Size: 8 pounds 4.5 ounces 20ish inches
Favorite Aunt: Kenlynn [if I was a boy, I would be her favorite uncle too]
We are going to be best friends and I can't wait. I have been waiting for her to pop out for the past 9 months and the day finally came. I already have a babysitting date set up. June 7th. It's going to be great. I get to wear a moby.
I think my mom has been the most excited. She has quite literally been waiting to be a grandma since before I was born. Growing up she was always buying cute baby clothes in the hopes of having a grand baby soon. Too bad she has to share with the "other" grandma, but my mom is ready to be the favorite. She already has plans to take her grandkids to Disneyland and to give them lots of gum. She'll be a good grandma.
