I was meant to cut and de-worm apples.
Give me a monotonous job and I'll nail it to the wall.
I'm kind of like an Asian child in a sweat shop that way.
The fam/the few friends made cider... all day long. After 8.5 hours I left and they still weren't done.
My grandpa's cider is the nectar-of-the-gods and it never runs out. You better believe we have it for every holiday.
I may or may not have nearly cut off the majority of my fingers and stained my fingers with blood. That's all part of the experience though right? It builds character (refer to Doctrine and Covenants 122).
I've found my friends' weak spot. The only way to seal the deal of them helping out with anything is to tell them my dear niece (Baby Tess/Baby Kumquat) will be there. It's a magical trick.
I'm not sure you were meant for cutting anything if it means you maim yourself so often. I mean, who wants bloody cider? :D But I must admit, your dedication, and ability to bring along extra workers is amazing. We wouldn't have gotten half as much done without you guys. And Tess is always willing to be the carrot you dangle to get your friends anywhere. We are in desperate need of the baby whisperer at night. Any chance Brock wants to come sleep on my couch for a week. Check that. I'LL sleep on the couch and he can have the bed :D
